Marley Risk expand to Grange Park
In one of the largest office lettings of the year in Gloucestershire, Marley Risk Consultants have signed a new lease of 18,585 square feet of accommodation at Grange Park, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.
The full specification, open plan offices were refurbished for Marley and handed over early in the New Year, ready for them to start their fit out.
Marley Risk is the UK’s largest specialist in latent defect insurance claims management, working with leading insurers in the LDI market. Stemming from their continued growth, Marley recognised the need for a workspace that aligns with their evolving business and culture.
“The move to the Grange reflects Marley’s commitment to providing an enhanced workplace experience for our employees and a dynamic environment for collaboration and creativity,” said Kevin Drain, CEO, “Our new office not only strengthens our ability to serve our clients more effectively but also reinforces our philosophy of excellence and continuous improvement.”
Grange Park is the former Eagle Star/HQ and is now owned by Wesleyan Assurance. Wesleyan have made major investments in the 14-acre site with fully refurbished reception, common parts and extensive open plan offices.
The refurbishment included all new electric heating and cooling and Wesleyan were especially pleased to achieve the maximum “A” rating for EPC. The space for Marley Risk is part of phase 2 of the investment and delivers a total of almost 30,000 sq. of top specification space. Almost 60,000 sq. ft of space has now been let since the first phase of refurbishment, making this one of the most successful office locations in the area.
THP Chartered Surveyors in Cheltenham and JLL in Bristol acted for Wesleyan Assurance and Noyes Lewis Commercial Property in Cheltenham acted for Marley.
